Michael is the one who’s job it is to make sure that Village life is a well-oiled machine! He is responsible for managing the Village team, making sure the village is safe, fun, clean and suitable for you to study, rest and socialise. Michael is available to answer any questions you may have or even if you just want to chat with a friendly face!
Customer Support Agent
Tan is in charge of all things contracts at UNSW Village. If you have any questions regarding your contract or you just want to chat to a friendly face, come down to the office and say hi!
Property Services Supervisor
Drew is your man when it comes to keeping your water hot, your fridge cold and your lights on! In the event that something needs replacing or fixing inside your apartment, you can expect Drew to be there fixing it in a jiffy!
Property Services Coordinator
If Drew's not around then Phil has you covered! You'll find Phil walking through the Village on weekdays, fixing things in your apartment and just saying a friendly hello to the residents he sees on his way. Make sure you say hi to Phil when you see him!
Ana is primarily responsible for the operational management of the village and is your point of contact for escalated resident enquires and issues. She am originally from the South West of England, but somehow is an avid Manchester United supporter so if you want to talk football, come and have a chat!
Miracle is responsible for the residential experience of our residents as well as the Village events and RA team. She is here to help you with any community matters, residential life or personal issues you may experience staying at the village. She is always available for a chat at reception particular about Marvel movies
