The Conference Centre at Sydney University Village offers year-round facilities for events, meetings, conferences, corporate launches and much more. Offering a variety of meeting rooms and catering options, we can accommodate groups ranging from two to 180 delegates. See below to make a booking or inquiry about our Sydney meeting venues.

the carillon room

$650 per day

The Carillon Room seats up to 180 banquet style and is complemented by a pre-conference area which can be utilised for arrival drinks, morning and afternoon tea breaks or working lunches. The conference venue, located on level two of The Conference Centre, boasts plenty of natural sunlight and a beautiful leafy outlook over Sydney University’s grounds and the Sydney University Village courtyard.

The three meeting rooms are conveniently located on the second floor at the main entrance of the Conference Centre. With large windows and a northerly aspect overlooking our Village courtyard, the room is ideal for a small meetings or events. Each room contains a whiteboard and markers will also be provided.

the executive boardroom

$280 per day

The Executive Boardroom contains a formal boardroom table and comfortable executive chairs seating up to 12 guests. Located on the second floor, the Boardroom measures 7.4 x 6.0m and boasts large windows, natural lighting and a leafy outlook. At just $280 per day, the Executive Boardroom is the perfect choice for business meetings, brainstorming workshops or work catch-ups.

Our on-site Sydney caterers, Hoochie Mamma café, provide an excellent array of fresh and unique menu options with plenty of variety and abundant quality. Have your choice between a large catering package or smaller individual packages. We have a catering package to suit every occasion, see below for our options and pricing.

parking

Parking is available across the road from the Conference Centre at Secure Parking on Elizabeth Street. We can offer a special rate of $29 per day if a minimum of seven days notice is given (usually $42 per day).

location

Sydney University Village is conveniently located in the heart of Newtown at 90 Carillon Avenue. The Village is approximately a 5-minute drive from Sydney Central Station and 20 minutes from the Sydney Domestic and International Airport.
