Our goal is to set the global standard in student accommodation. As a business we go beyond providing quality buildings and facilities, working to create exciting communities, learning opportunities and memories for our residents that last a lifetime. From check-in to departure our friendly Village teams make our residents feel at home and provide support through our unique live, learn and grow residential life program to ensure they enjoy the best possible environment to succeed with their studies.
No matter what time it is, there’s always someone to provide support if required. We have staff available during the day and an evening duty manager, security and resident assistants on-call after hours. Our well-developed systems ensure that any issues are managed promptly by staff members trained in first aid, crisis management and dealing with personal issues.
We focus on helping residents transition to independence through specially crafted residential life programs. From exciting social events to educational workshops, we're there to support them throughout their first year of uni and beyond. But it doesn't stop there! Residents also have access to our Go Explore initiative, which offers free accommodation for up to two weeks across our global village network.
Villages are managed in close partnership with universities and other education institutions. We are committed to supporting their students and work closely with support staff to ensure residents receive all the assistance they require.
