Steve oversees all operations at the Village to ensure that your stay is comfortable, safe and above all, fun!
Karina is the girl you’ll see out and about, meeting new residents and making sure that Village life is a well-oiled machine! She is responsible for managing the permanent staff members at the Village, and making sure that your questions are answered, your lights are on, your parties are fun and your study is uninterrupted. Asset Facilities Manager
You’ll find Steve working across all Village campuses at the Western Sydney University, so make sure you say hello when you see him! He is in charge of overseeing all facilities provided to you during your stay and is passionate about making the Village as comfortable as possible. Property Services Coordinator
Henry is your main man for all things to do with repairs in your apartment. He is in charge of keeping your water hot, your fridge cold and your lights on. He is dedicated to providing a safe and secure environment during your stay with us, so come to Henry in the unlikely event that something is broken or needs repair in your apartment.
Customer Service Agent
Christine is one of the first friends you'll make at the Village! You'll find her behind the reception desk taking bookings, processing payments or just chatting with the Villagers that walk by. Come and see Christine if you've got any questions about your room, Village events, or just general enquiries about your stay with us. She'll help you out!
Amir is your man when it comes to anything you need after hours. At the Village you will never be locked out or alone if you don’t want to be!
