Sean is the man you’ll see out and about, meeting new residents and making sure that Village life is a well-oiled machine! He is responsible for managing the permanent staff members at the Village, and making sure that your questions are answered, your lights are on, your parties are fun and your study is uninterrupted. Caitlin is one of the friendly faces behind reception and also one of the first friend's you'll meet at the Village. Caitlin is from Lanark in Scotland . In her spare time she enjoys cooking/baking, trying new restaurants, going to the gym and horse riding. She is your go to person for any general enquiries about your stay at the Village!
Mahima is one of the first friends you’ll make at RMIT Village! You’ll find her behind the reception desk taking bookings, processing payments or just chatting with the Villagers that walk by. Come and see Mahima if you’ve got any questions about your room, Village events, or just general enquiries about your stay with us. She’ll help you out!
If it’s broken, damaged or simply not working, contact Petar via the Fix-it-Request and he will arrange for a maintenance officer or contractor to attend and fix. It is his job to maintain the property at RMIT Village and ensure you are living in a clean comfortable and safe environment.
